Each student is different, they have their own uniqueness. That is what I felt today observing grade 8. This class is different from others class. This class was so inclusive, there are three special needs students. At first, I thought that this class probably has bullying culture like my experience in Junior High School, but they are not. They respect to one another including with the special needs student (although not all the students).

Let me describe the condition of the class when I observed. There are about 17 students in the classroom with three special needs students. The student with ADHD sat at the corner of the class so that he cannot distract the others. Student with ADD sat in the front because he has difficulty to focus and easily being distracted with his friends. Another special needs student sat in the middle of the class. I learn that this position of student are really important to be implemented. It has many function to help student with special needs get their needs in learning in the classroom. The teacher also said to me that these three students have one on one session to learn in order to catch up the materials as the learning objectives. It gave me new experience and new insight that students with special needs also can learn well like the others because their problem isnot about the cognitive.
